	2010 Letter of Commitment / US Lacrosse Acknowledgement / Waiver (.PDF version) Category: Forms Use this version to manually complete the form if you do not have MicroSoft Word. The 2010 Letter of Commitment must be completed for all players participating in the RMLL in the Spring 2010 season. This form also acknowledges the US Lacrosse membership and provides a wiaver and release of claims.

	6.) RMLL Rules Only (Updated for 2010) Category: Off Season ALL players should read and understand the rules of the RMLL.
	7.) Website Instructions - Manage Players Category: Off Season These instructions will guide captains through registering, editing and removing players from their team roster.
